OPPO Rhymes with a fruit we all know


People outside of Asia will have never heard of the brand taking China’s tier 2 cities by storm.  “OPPO” is spending massively to advertise, taking a cue from the U.S. company it is trying to emulate “Apple”.  Based in Dongguan near Shenzhen and Hong Kong, it is unclear whether they can succeed in their ambitious goal, but so far, their marketing budget appears to be pretty impressive, with posters, signage, stores across airports, train stations and high traffic areas.  You can learn more from their english company website:  http://www.oppo.com/au
